Hi Guys, what to you feel about the 7 min workout? Has anyone here seen success?

What exercises are involved? I'm a new mum so if I can squeeze in a whole body workout in 7 mins when baby's asleep would be great!0 -
Maybe if it was completed 3-4 times in a row0

How many calories would you burn in those 7 minutes? it would barely add any calories to your daily limit.0
