Just something small...

I am not at my goal size yet, but at least this first little success is one step closer. I thought that I would share since the small successes are important too since they add up to those big ones!
Back in October I bought a new pair of jeans that were a size bigger than I was used to. I decided that no matter what the number was, I was going to buy some jeans that were comfortable and didn't create that horrible muffin top. The jeans that I picked out are not low rise jeans, but they also do not go up to the belly button. When I bought them, they were a bit snug all over, but the next size up was just too big...
I haven't worn jeans in about a week and a half because I have been wearing sweats or other cloth pants. Today I decided to wear some jeans since it was a little colder out. And those same jeans that I just bought a month ago were fitting pretty loose on me! Even though they aren't supposed to be low rise jeans worn on the hips, that is exactly where I have to wear them because they are too loose to wear them where they are supposed to be worn.
For me, this is exciting news because even though I know that we can't spot reduce, I wanted my trouble areas to shrink...and my trouble spots are my hips and stomach. This means that I have lost some inches (or even just partial inches) around my hips and waist. WOO HOO!!!
Next week right before Thanksgiving is when I will measure for sure and know just how many inches are gone. I am also hoping that my weight drops below 140.
I might even stop cheating on my foods so often if I get some good results next week, lol!!! :drinker: :flowerforyou:

That is so awesome and the timing is perfect. The exact same story happened with me and I'm actually like augh! because I only have one pair of pants that fit at this point. The others are huge and I have to pull up to my belly button to make my butt look good.
Congrats, girly! I'm going to celebrate with some more cardio later hahahaha...0 -
Thanks everyone! And all this going in the same week of the month than I am normally bloated...ahem.

I don't even seem to be craving things as much as normal this month. Hmmm...another good side effect of doing all that high intensity cardio? I have been burning at least 500 calories with each workout....something for me to remember!0
