I tried joining this site before and unfortunately, I let myself stop coming.

So I'm Neke ;)

I'm really bad for posting my eating and exercising every day, but I follow my calorie guideline and track it in my day planner so I am working on it :)

Wish me luck - I've lost 5 of 150 lbs so far!
