I have an hour of personal training later on, most likely core/abs and squats w/heavy weight. What do you recommend I use as an exercise to log that hour? Thanks!

If you have a HRM-use that and log it under strength training..
If not, I would log it under calestics (can't spell) but you add in mod/light effort to improve calculation of calories..
A thought?0 -
Yes, I was thinking of calisthenics but wasn't sure. It's hard work but not a high calorie burn so I don't want to over estimate.
Thanks!

Don't bother with the HRM. They really only work for steady state cardio. Not accurate for weight lifting. I agree with the others, log it as strength training under cardio.0 -
