Lighter fudge recipies?

Hi! I promised to make a dessert with a friend this weekend and I get to pick the dish. I really want to make a "lighter" fudge. There are a lot of recipes online but the problems I have with them are:

-I hate bananas (which are showing up in many recipes)
-I don't have coconut butter (but I'm assuming I could just replace it with another fat?)
-My friend hates peanut butter/nut butters in general

So... does anyone have a good recipient keeping the above in mind? It doesn't have to be super healthy (meaning: sugar-free or completely raw or paleo etc...) although that would be nice! I just want something that is not as bad as the fudge using 3 cups of sugar, sweetened condensed coconut milk AND butter that I usually make.

Also, I have a ton of honey I'd love to get rid of.

Thanks!

So, I did some looking around, and came across this recipe from stoplookingetcookin.com. It seems to be lighter than your current recipe (as there's no sugar or butter). I think I was mostly impressed by the fact that it actually looks like fudge - not brown chalk or pieces of sponge - but good, glorious fudge. The recipe makes 64 1-piece servings, at 55 calories per square (subtract 5 calories if not using nuts). Hope this helps! :)

    Super Easy Low Fat Fudge

    INGREDIENTS:
1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
1 bag (12 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips (2 cups)
1 ounce unsweetened baking chocolate – optional
    1 ½ cups chopped nuts – optional
    1 teaspoon vanilla

    DIRECTIONS:
Grease bottom and sides of square pan (8x8x2 inches) with butter. Heat milk and chocolate in 2-quart saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly, until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth; remove from heat. Quickly stir in nuts and vanilla. Spread in pan. Refrigerate about 1 hour 30 minutes or until firm. Cut into 1-inch squares.

Lots of recipes to choose from. No idea how any of them taste - if I'm having fudge, it's gonna be the real deal. Or opera fudge, my favorite and probably even higher calorie than the regular stuff.
