I got serious with my weight loss a year ago (almost to the date!) and since have lost 105 pounds and over 100 inches. I used MFP for support and the tracking but also used dietary supplements. I have kept it off and continue to amaze myself. I never thought I would be a runner and am currently training for a 5K. Nothing is ever impossible.     Wow, another beautiful woman that decided to get healthy too. You have done an awesome job! I have "left the shore" so to speak, but the tide of yummy food keeps bringing me back close. I can't give up because I believe I will fget it done eventially. It just takes figuring out the right combination. Thanks for sharing and have a great weekend!
