So I try and try and mostly I just give up. In the past I have been able to do it....exercising and eating right. I looked great and felt great, but always I go back to old habits which for me is sugar. It always comes back to sugar. I am at my heaviest right now and feeling like crap. but I can't seem to motivate myself to change......chocolate keeps calling my name and I never say no. When I do try and do well the weight loss is so slow that I figure why bother. I feel like it's so much harder to lose as I am getting older. I wish there was a miracle cure, but I know there isn't. I know I have to make better choices and stick to it...I just don't know how

one of the important things to focus on is not getting on a "Weight loss" diet, but instead changing your overall diet. cutting out junk food and sugar gradually can help with the craving and remember. Even slow progress IS progress.0
