Just like in golf where shooting your age is an amazing accomplishment, i think losing weight as you get older is pretty tough!

Lets see some success from people in their 40's who have made some amazing progress. Here is me to start us off. I still want to tighten up that tummy and lose some more on my legs but I am pretty happy with where I am at!

I'm 46 and have lost 43 lbs,

Well I have already passed my age up. I am 55 and I have lost 69 pounds so far. I have an additional 40 to go to reach my ultimate goal only 30 to reach my first onederland goal. It isn't easy but it is so worth it! Go to my profile to see photos.

I set out to lose 40lbs around my 40th, in total I have now lost 70lb, and kept it off for nearly 2 years. This gets me in a healthy weight, and the lowest weight since I was 18. I have completed a sprint triathlon, and can keep up with my kids.

Finally got it! 70lbs down. First pic is 4 months before my 40th. I am 4lbs above the weight in the second pic, but I am fine with that.
