Hey All,
Just saying hi and trying my hand at the food tracking app. Food is one of my vices along with hitting the town and drinks on the weekend so i am hoping that logging my gluttonous feasting of fast food and beer on the weekends should help change my habits. Ive been working out relatively consistently for a few years, did the insanity workout with great results and in the end a pain in my back from poor form which resulted in a large gap of not hitting the gym. For the past year has been weights and past 3 months or so ive been doing 9round kickboxing 3 days a week with weights twice a week. Been doing well but the diet is where i stuggle so starting to browse around the blog for ideas!

The app is a great way to hold yourself accountable. I tried doing just the exercise thing too, but my dieting stunk. Nice to be able to see what you eat ina day. Also helps to have friends to keep you motivated and to tap you on head and say are you eating like you should? Keep up good logging0
