I stepped on the scale this morning and saw that i've lost 18 lbs. This isn't a whole lot in the grand scheme of things. See this August I got married and I'm doing this all backwards, I only had one goal before the wedding it wasnt to lose weight it was to quit smoking, mission accomplished 5 months solid now! But while trying to do this I gained 10 lbs so on the wedding day I went to go have my size 18w dress zipped up and discovered it was too tight! I cried! I only wanted to look beautiful instead I had back cleavage :( so when I saw that I had lost 18 lbs this morning I ran to my closet and threw on my dress and cried again because not only was it not tight and no back cleavage but it was loose!!!!!! I still have another 82 lbs to lose but this was amazing!

Oh sweetie! I almost cried for you! I know how you feel, only I was the bride's sister. She was WAY too big for her dress one year before her wedding. On her wedding day, it was a little loose. It sucks that it was tight on your wedding day. Did you have to make the zipper into a corset? That can still be pretty. Congrats on your BIG success! That is so huge! For some reason, I think fitting into your wedding dress is alot more important than fitting into the next pant size. Keep up the good work, and I'm sure that when you get your vows renewed, you'll have to resize your dress to fit your smaller body!
