Hello All! I am looking for some tips, motivation and inspiration! I have been yo-yoing a little over the past two years and am looking to do some hardcore dieting and training to finally hit my goal.
I am 26 years old, 5'3", 148 lbs this morning with about 25% body fat. I have an hourglass shape that I'm looking to maintain, but I would really like to drop down to around 120 lbs and 15-18% body fat. I have been doing reformer pilates for about a year, but only one or two times per month. I went to my first Orangetheory class yesterday and decided to sign up, so that will be my main exercise from now on. I plan on doing Orangetheory at least 3 times per week and perhaps 4-5 times per week. I am not a complete beginner at weight lifting, but I don't know very much.
I am looking for tips from anyone currently doing the same type of weight loss regimen or anyone who has bodybuilding experience. Thanks!!!

I started deiting (1500 cals) and exercising roughly 7wks ago, and I dropped 16lbs by doing kickboxing 4-5 days a week and daily walking with my family.0
