Hello everybody,
Is it healthy and possible to lose 30 pounds in 3 months? I have already lost 2 pounds which now puts me at 276 at 5ft 3in. Also what's tasty yet healthy meal plan. I'm puertorican, I'm use to eat arroz y habichuelas(rice and beans) and frituras( Puerto Rico's fried treats). I'm also allergic to cucumbers and pickles, and don't like sweet potatoes at all(had try different recipe). I want to eat healthier and be healthy overall, and I want to pass that to my husband.
We are planing to add a new member to our little family. I want to be in good shape when that time comes. What's everyones input and advice?
Thank you in advance

At 276 and 5' 3", yeah, it's possible to lose 2 1/2 pounds a week, but unless you are doing some fairly serious working out it wouldn't be particular healthy. Assuming you're pretty sedentary, I figure your TDEE is around 2300 calories, which would require drop your intake to below 1100 in order to have any chance of hitting your goal. That isn't much food, and is just asking for failure.0
