Hello,
I'm new and need some support for binge eating.
I am worried that my new resolve today will disappear soon.
I tend to make grand plans that never amount to anything.
I want this to work.
Today was a good day. I will be back tomorrow.
Friend me if you can. I made a blog post. I love reading about people and commenting on blogs and such. I don't want to do this alone.

Eat "good" (whatever that means to you) 80% of the time. Fit yummy, portion-controlled treats into your calorie goal. Deprivation can lead to bingeing.

Eat small snacks to resist the binge eating, trust me I had that problem. Bananas fill me up a lot so maybe eat them lol0

Good ideas on the regular, portion controlled snacks. I will add that into my regiment.
