Here we have a savory chutney/ dip which we make with coconut Try and see if you can find ingredients around you
Coconut
Peanuts
Curd/plain yogurt
oil (for tempering maybe a tbsp or 2)
mustard seeds
curry leaves
Blend coconut peanuts with a spoon or two of curd (adjust curd amount for consistency you want). Temper the chutney by heating oil in a small pan. Once the oil is hot put in the mustard seeds and curry leaves. Add this temper to the dip and mix along with salt and red chilli powder as per taste.
Apart from this I have found shredding fresh coconut over desserts and salads gives them a good boost.
