Workout "stations" suggestions for beach

I need some suggestions (and of course I am waiting till the last possible moment to come up with ideas)...I am meeting up with a group that is doing stand up paddle boarding, a trail run and I am supposed to come prepared for two stations for working out, the suggestion was "tire and sledgehammer" type thing. I don't have a tire or sledge hammer...I have very limited equipment, it will be at a beach.

A few I came up with is step ups on picnic tables, dips or jump rope.... Any fun or unique ideas? I would very much appreciate it.

**Oh and it is a lake beach not an ocean or great lake so not a ton of nice beach sand**
