I'm trying to build muscle and I have a 1800 daily calorie target consisting of ;
135g protein.....540 calories.....30% of my daily
225g carbs......900 calories.....50% of my daily
40g fats...........360 calories.....20% of my daily
I'm having a hard time hitting my target, any help would be greatly appreciated

Your percentages are pretty average. Have you referenced the "nutrition" section under "home"? There is an area (not the pie chart) that lists all your "ins" just like a nutrition panel on a food product. Take a look at that and figure out: Where are you lacking generally (what's missing to make you not reach your goals)?? Knowing this might help people give some more pointed food suggestions. It might help you figure it out, too.
For instance, after lunch and before I prepare dinner, I check the nutrition section. If my protein is low, I might have a double helping of my lean protein with dinner. If my fats are low, I will be sure to add a tsp. of "good fat" to my dinner. Or, if its both, and portion of nuts sometimes becomes an evening snack.0
