my mom doesn't want me to exercise?

i dont know why shes like this i mean she says i exercise to much but how is 45 minutes on the treadmill a long time?
she says its not healthy to keep exercising on the treadmill cause i might be underweight? and i tolled her im gonna be underweight only if i reach the 40-50sKg but she doesn't believe me
im 5'10 71kg and all i need to loss is like 6kg or maybe a little big more (i wanna reach around 63-65 but my mom said i might look underweight that way which i dont think its true or is it?

You will most likely get the results you want with a body re-comp...i.e. weight lifting instead of a treadmill. You probably don't need to lose more weight just need to 'redistribute' or 'lean out' as some people call it. Lift weights - heavy ones0

I agree with your mom about not losing any weight, and I agree with the other reply.
Lift weights, add some muscle definition instead. Running on the treadmill is fine too, just do it to stay healthy, not to lose weight.0 -
People are like that, some just wont get what or why you do the things you do. The thing is that's ok and you should just do them anyway. About looking under weight the only thing I can say is take pics to compare yourself and if you start to look underweight stop.0

Everyone has an opinion on what you should be doing. In my experience everyone has their own insecurities which get in the way of them giving advice in your best interest. Trust your judgement and that of your trainer as you can trust your own motivations. I had a friend tell me he prefered me fat without confidence as he got more attention.0
