I want to enjoy my food, but I don't want to go overboard. I'm not too concerned about sodium because my diet is already very low sodium, I'm just looking to keep the damage from calories and fat low haha. Any suggestions are very appreciated :)

I went to one yesterday. I think there is no hope of being good unless maybe you ask them for just white rice, not fried. Other than that, they soak everything in soy suace and oil.

Ask for steamed instead of fried rice. get chicken or fish instead of steak and take home 1/2 to 2/3 of everything they give you.. Or do like I do...be really good the rest of the day, and the day after, and just don't worry about it!

If you have sushi get brown rice in it instead of white sticky rice. Get the seaweed (fairly high in sodium depending on how they prepare it) but if you skip the soya sauce, pickled ginger, and wasabi, you should be good! Also, half a roll of sushi is considered a serving I think-it's 10-12 pieces a roll and 5 or 6 is a serving?

Try for real fish instead of that fake crap crap or steak (which is always beef-ick).
