Macros? I'm 5'4" 110 lbs. Female. Help?!

Okay so I'm trying to figure out this whole IIFYM thing. Basically, I am 5'4" 110 lbs. Yes I am pretty small according to those numbers but I feel like my body composition could be better. I started up a weight lifting routine a few months back and coupled it with HIIT. I definitely have noticed some changes, as in I look a lot stronger than I did a few months ago. But I want to get the most out of my workouts and I guess I don't really know what to do. I tried the IIFYM calculator, and they recommended I eat 110 grams of protein per day...I understand you're supposed to eat your body weight in protein, but that still seems kind of low to me?? Also I am uncertain if I should be eating my maintenance calories or if I should be eating at a deficit. I work out daily, so if I'm only eating 1500 calories a day and then burn 400 at the gym, is that enough? Or should I be eating 1800 daily while still burning 400 at the gym? lol I'm sorry if this is confusing but I am, um, confused. lol.
