Pizza bagel at 350 calories

Hi everybody. We ordered bagels for breakfast and there were so many extra so we decided to make Pizza Bagels for lunch.

Totally delicious and filling.


1 Whole wheat bagel scooped out - Approx 210 cal
1 serving of weight watchers itailian blend cheese - 70 calories
1/4 cup of Ragu or any other pasta sauce (this one was on sale)-35 calories
3 slices of healthy choice or any other 97% fat free ham- 35 calories

This comes out to 350 calories( depending on your bagel) and 10 gm of fat and 21 grams of protein.

Scoop out your bagel first and toast it a little bit.
When the bagel is hot and little toasty spoon your sauce into the valley you made by scooping out the bagel.
Pull your ham apart and put that on top of your sauce.
Sprinkle your cheese on top of that.
Use any remaining sause on top of the cheese.

I baked mine in our toaster oven at 425 degrees for about 7-10 mins or until the cheese appeared to be totally melted.

I loved it and so did my boss. Next time I feel like im craving pizza im gonna grab a pack of bagel thins from the store and they are only 100 calories and make one these. pepridge farms and arnolds make a few varities.
