Dr. Beck diet solution...looking for support

Mother, wife, grandma, business woman....all important roles. I have purchased all of the dr. Beck books and am excited about this journey. Jump in anytime. It would be nice to have some solid members who actually finish the program. I am on Day 2 but really pumped. I am in my late 50's and intend on being sexy at sixty!:smile:

    Something to do with dieting and maintaining using a cognitive behavior technique.
