I do chia pudding:
2 tablespoons (or 3 if you like thicker) chia seeds
half cup heavy whipping cream
half cup unsweetened almond milk
a few raspberries
A few drops stevia
About half tablespoon of sugar free flavoured syrups (Salted Caramel gets used the most)
Shake it up. OMNOMLUNCH0 -
Do they have calories? Do you weigh them and count ?0

Yes to both... as mentioned above, they have about 130 cals/2 tbsp.... considering the benefits, they're worth it though0 -
I put chia seeds in Oatmeal, make chia seed pudding, add it to baking recipes, smoothies, add them to things like homemade burgers and sauces, salads. You can add chia seeds anywhere, and for the most part you aren't even going to notice them there.0

Just pudding here. I was disappointed though, I don't find them very filling at all.0
