So I've been on a healthy lifestyle for about 3 months now. At first I wasn't losing weight, but when I went to go help my family move out in California, I found that I lost a few inches! I was pretty excited as my legs looked thinner and so did my waist. And that's considering that since we were going in and out of hotels, I had to eat out a lot more than I'm used to but I still kept my weight training going and I tried to stay in my calorie limit, usually not going over more than 100-150. Now that I got back to Maryland, I look so bloated! I don't know if it's because i haven't been as active (still doing my weight training but the weights here are too light for me now so i need to get new ones) but I haven't really gone to walk as much as I was doing in Cali so I don't know if that's the case but I def. looked more bloated now!! Looks like I barely lost any weight now
I'm pretty discouraged and I know you can't gain weight that fast but what am i doing wrong?? If anything, I'm eating cleaner since I can finally cook all my meals at home I just haven't been as active....I eat about 1400-1500 calories a day. What's the deal??
