Whole grains? Try "Savory Oatmeal"

What whole grain do many of us have easy access to? Or even a stash of it sitting around -- we have oatmeal. Google "savory oatmeal" and you'll find lots of recipe ideas. I made a mushroom "risotto" with it last night and it was wonderful! Seriously. Who knew? Oatmeal. Go figure.
