Daily calorie help

Hey guys,

I'm trying to loose weight and I currently weight 19 stone and 9 pounds. I'm 6ft and 6 inches tall and I'd deem myself as lightly active as I'm on my feet walking around all day. At the moment I'm using the myfittnesspal app and I have set the daily calorie intake to 1800 but I'm just wondering if that is a healthy intake for me. Any tips and suggestions in my daily intake and loosing weight would be much appreciated.
