Since being disabled I have gained weight. So I have found out that I have to treat my weight gain the same way I did when I woke for my comma and could not move or talk now I use a walker and can talk I would not just lay there and let life pass me by so every time I found things hard to do I would say this to my self I CAN Do THIS. I have some hard work ahead of me but I CAN DO THIS.

Wow you have been through a lot! Recovering from a coma is very difficult, so kudos to you. You can do this, especially with such a wonderful attitude. Good luck!
