workout programs after having baby

I'm 2 weeks post partum and obviously can't workout till i see my doctor. Unfortunately i see her till I'm 8 weeks post partum. I had a first degree tear which i feel no pain anymore and I'm not taking my pain meds anymore. My question is what workout program would you start with at 8 weeks pp? I was doing insanity till i found out about my little peanut but i think that's to extreme to soon. Thank you for suggestions! And please add me if you'd like!

    I started working out about 4 weeks pp with Little Human #2. Stay away from ab exercises until you have healed, but gentle workouts like walking and light weights are usually fine at this point. Walking with your little one in the stroller will probably feel pretty good. I ran 10k at about 8 weeks pp.

    Once I received the ok from my Doc, I started Insanity, P90X and running again. I was able to get in at 6 weeks.
