spagjhetti chicken breast bell peppers onions n cheese

1 box spaghetti
2 tbsp. evoo divided
1 clove garlic minced
1 red bell pepper julienne
1 green bell pepper julienne
1/2 red onion julienne
1/2 pound boneless skinless chicken breast sliced
3/4 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup romano cheese
salt to taste
black pepper to taste

heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a saute pan add garlic and red onion sweat for 4 minutes add chicken and 1 tbsp. evoo to separate pan and cook 3/4 of the way through add peppers to the onions and saute 3 minutes add chicken broth and continue cooking until reduced by half cook spaghetti add the chicken to the pepper and onion mixture season with salt and pepper remove pan from heat and stir in cheese toss chicken mixture with the cooked spaghetti
