5'0 and 100-104 lbs. Feedback?

I'm wondering if I can get some feedback on my weight and goals? I have quite a bit of muscle on my legs, I used to roller blade a lot but don't anymore, I notice quite a bit of fat around my stomach area. I used one of those Accu- Measures ( body fat measurers) and It clicked at a little more than half an inch. I don't exersize often, because I don't want to gain anymore muscle, I just want to loose fat. I'm wanting to loose around 6 lbs so I'm satisfied with what I look like in a swimsuit. Help? Feedback?

Well, I'm in no way an expert on the "Accu-measure," so I won't even bother with tips on that because I don't know myself. However, assuming at your lowest you're 100 pounds, I feel like losing 6 pounds would be a bit much? Honestly, I'm not going to cover any of that because I just don't know what a healthy 5'0 person should weigh, but I don't think you want to go that low.
As annoying as it is, diet is everything. I would focus on cleaning up the diet and seeing how you feel in a week. Push fluids because that will help with bloating. If you make yourself drink about 50 oz of water a day, I assure you you'll see results the following morning.
I wouldn't worry about avoiding the gym; you can still do some cardio and ab workouts to speed up the process.

I don't know what to say. I'm 5'2", I weigh 102, I lift weights and I love the results. Keeps me firm and perky.0

How did you loose weight? I know it might not be for me, but I'm just curious. Did you drink lots of water? Usually I'll drink an 8 oz. glass of water before dinner to fill me up a bit but it doesn't work...0

I actually never ate less than 1800 calories a day. I danced, walked, strength trained 3 days a week. I do Strong Curves. I eat 90 grams of protein a day.0

Thanks! But what is Strong Curves? What kind of dance?0

I do contemporary dance. And also for fun I do various kinds of social dance: African, swing, salsa. Also yoga.
Strong Curves is a weight lifting book. Bretcontreras.com0 -
jogging would be a great way to get lean and toned with muscle. Bike riding would work too but you will get bigger leg muscles in the long run.0
