Easier, faster oat idli recipe

Take a 200g box of Gits rice idli mix. Measure out 100g and put in bowl. Add 100g of oat flour along with 1/4 tsp baking powder, a pinch of citric acid and 320 ml of water. Mix and put into idli moulds. notice I did not add oil saving an additional 124 calories. I use a microwave idli steamer on high for 5 min. Makes 16 higher protein, higher fiber and lower glycemic index idli with an excellent texture. I reserve the remaining 100g of idli mix for a second batch
