daily reports not matching?!

Hi everyone,
I'm trying to figure out what I've done wrong…I've set my custom goals to match macros of 40-30-30 with the corresponding grams of carb, proteins and fat. When I look at my daily pie chart on the MFP app, it consistently shows that I'm over certain macro or under another, but when I look at the detailed report I'm under my grams for that particular macro?? I've double checked my math and I don't see any errors so I'm not sure what is going wrong. I've spent the last week thinking I'm way over on fat consumption when now I wonder if I have been, given the breakdown in the daily report.
Any suggestions?!? Thanks in advance!

The app shows the breakdown of the percentage of calories from each macro that you have eaten so far that day. So if your goal is 1500 calories per day, having your fat goal set to 30%, your daily goal for fat would be to have 450 calories come from fat. If you have eaten 1000 calories so far that day, and 400 calories of that came from fat, that would put your percentage from fat at 40%. So, that is over your goal of 30% even though your haven't quite reached your goal of 450 calories. As you eat more in the day, you may eat things lower in fat, and that will bring that percentage closer to your goal.0
