Good morning .. Running is becoming very important part of my exercise.. How much should you run each day...

Depends on your goals and current level of fitness. If you aspire to marathons, your routine would be different than if you were to aspire to 5Ks or general fitness. As for me, when I'm able to get out and do it, I usually average about 2 miles per session but will run as many as 5 miles (54 y-o, relatively new runner)... There are many who will run as many as 8-9 miles per session (not every time)... Again, it depends on YOU and your goals.0

How much should you run each day...
Depends on your objectives, and how much you already run, essentially it's unwise to add more than 10% to your distance/ pace per week.
At the moment I run four times per week, somewhere between 6 and 10 miles per session, and a mix of long steady state sessions, intervals or tempo sessions. My objective just now is half marathon in 1hr500
