Behind the screen you would find a quirky 24 year old student, who started her journey on a dark and ice cold January morning. (I live in Finland, so our winters can be intense.) I was about 10kg(22lbs) overweight and didn't like it.
In shock and horror I glimpsed at (then)recent photos of myself and indeed, it was enough to shake me to the very core and realize: enough of this *sensored, I do not know how this forum feels about swearwords*.
So here I am, 44lbs later still continuing my quest to find my ideal weight and body. Loving healthy lifestyle and fitness and hoping to make friends to share the experience with!

Hi..Great to hear the positive outcome of your story and Im sure your very proud of yourself as well. WHat would you say was the hardest for you and are you at your goal weight.
I've logged for about 20 days now...I'm 5.1 currently 117lbs and my goal weight is 100lbs, Most might say I'm tiny but ive gained about 20 lbs in the last year so its about time to do something about it as some clothes dont seem to fit as well now.. Although I know being healthy is a big part of dieting too and some might say how little im eating is not healthy but Im more trying to adjust back to my old lifestyle of portion sizes and meals a day. As well as looking at my macros.
Im looking for more friends so please feel free to add me0 -
The smaller you, the smaller portions you eat. To some, more robust people it may seem a tiny amount. For me to lose weight, I can't eat over 1200kcal and even that seems too little to some.
Good luck in your endeavour and may we both prevail to get the body we want!0
