Ever turned a normal place into an obstacle course?

I have a friend in the army, and he was so obsessed with working out so he invited us along. I thought he would take us to a gym or community center, but it turned out to be the park! We jogged along with others, and it was just a warmup :)

Our park is steep hills, and it's as big as a soccer field. We did some dance moves while climbing the hills!
Jumping Jacks until we got tired (60 count x.x)
Pushups until we couldn't lift ourselves (He made us do 50)

And what seemed like a simple fence gate to isolate the childrens playground, we couldn't use the doors, we had to hop over the railing, we had to hop our way around the childrens' play area :) The park was deserted, so it was great timing to not look strange.

We were really tired, but there was more to do!

You know those areas with the benches and the bbq grills?
We had to walk over those tables for 15 mins.

At this park we have tall statues of big soccer balls (maybe 8 feet high?) We had to climb those :)

And the last obstacle was... play tag XD
So simple, but we were exhausted.
He's really fast, so it was hard catching him.

But we all gave it our all and caught him in 20 seconds :'D

Please share any possible obstacles you've created,
I've always wondered if it were possible to create one on a college campus!

i've done that in my house. I made me up a pretend track and then I made an obstacle course using my furniture. it's really fun
