Encouragement and Accountability!

Hey everyone! I have been on mfp off and on for a long time. I think it is a great tool in this journey to get healthy. I have lost a little over 50 pounds over the past year and have about 90 more to go. Up until now, hopefully, I have forgone the journey alone on here. I would love to add some friends for encouragement and accountability. I hope to encourage others as well! I am looking for people who are here to lose weight in a healthy way, eating healthy and exercising, if this is you, feel free to add me. My weight loss is slower than most people but I've found this is working best for me. My biggest struggle is making time to work out, so if you are quite disciplined in this area, add me... Just seeing your calorie burn from workouts will be a big encouragement. Thanks!

you can add me. You might even check out a MFP group called 30 days at a time. They just started and they have a spread sheet where you weigh in. They also have a point system (if you want to do that part) where you get points on working out and different challenges.0

Same boat as you. Been back and forth on MFP, it helps to keep me in line. I too have a hard time juggling family work and health. I do very well in the summer, than in the winter. I am a very strong minded, motivated person. I just seem to get gloomy during that time of the year. We can pull through together.0

Hey, logged in about 690 consecutive days so relatively active, lost 70lbs a year or so back and maintained until about 3months ago when I had surgery and put about a stone back on. I'm now back into the groove and in marathon/triathlon training so could do with extra motivation and I'll try and aid as well as I can. Throw a request if this sounds good and if not good luck0
