I wanted to say hello . I joined the site at least 2 years ago and never took the time to use it. I am serious about weight loss this go around. I know it will be a great tool to track my progress and celebrate with others in their success. I just purchased T25 by Shaun T and will be starting up tomorrow with work outs and changing my eating habits. I wish you all luck on this journey and cant wait to report my progress. I'm 5'6 220 pounds and my goal is to reach 150 pounds at the end of 2-10 week cycles with program 70 pounds has to go. However, If I dont reach that goal I will keep at it , until I do.
