I almost never eat dinner, I'll still get what i need, but i generally don't eat after 3pm(sometimes noon). I usually sleep better if i don't eat dinner too.

Spacing out meals is usually helpful to prevent a binge. If you don't have the problem of feeling a strong urge to binge due to not eating for such a long period of time, and if you hit your goals for the day, then do what works for you.

    No you'll die.

I go between grazing all day and only eating 2 meals a day. As long as you're getting what you need there shouldn't be an issue.

Do what works for you, there is no inbuilt food clock, skip breakfast, lunch or dinner, it does not matter in the long term, your metabolism will not stop and you will not go into the mythical starvation mode
  • As long as your eating enough calories it's okay!
