Maintaining but seemingly low intake?

So I had been in maitenance since April. I haven't lost anything and seemingly gained maybe 6lbs (which I'm fine with since I don't mind gaining a little especially with te heavy lifting I'm doing). I haven't been tracking but it seems to me that I'm not eating an extreme amount of food at all but am maintaining 140lbs at 5'7 and 19 years old. Even when I asked about my diet on the gaining weight forum they told me I wasn't eating enough (even saying I was under 2000 on some days)! But I'm not really hungry ever but if I am I'll snack on something. Today, for example, I are a medium bagel with probably 1/4cup cream cheese, lox lettuce tomato and capers, a nectarine, and a Chobani flip yogurt. Or dinner I am going to have a marinated (in sesame oil and soy sauce) 6oz ahi tuna steak, about 1/2 cup-1 cup jasmine brown rice, and a bunch of raw spinach with honey Dijon dressing.
I am really really full and wouldn't want to force food especially seeing as I'm not losing any weight at all. My usual days (when I workout atthe gym for 30-40 minutes with weights) is something like:
Breakfast:
2 eggs scrambled in Pam
A 90 calorie wrap (with 9g protein and fiber)
A fruit
Some tomato
OR
1 cup nonfat yogurt
1 cup PB Cherios
A fruit
Post WO:
1 scoop whey
1 cup almond milk
Lunch:
About 4oz of turkey coldcut, a slice of cheese (70cal), lettuce, tomato, a tbsp of natural chipotle sauce on a roll
A fruit
Snack:
A fruit OR Chobani Flip yogurt
Dinner:
About 6-8oz of meat
About 1/2 cup of starch
Rest of plate veggie
Dessert (if I'm hungry):
2 scoops ice cream or occasionally a slice of cake (pretty rare)
OR
Fruit Salad (probably 1 1/2 cups)
Before bed:
1 scoop whey
1 cup almond milk
And again I feel pretty satiated with this...and I'm not losing and may have gained but this doesn't seem like awfully much food IMO. And I may have gained a few lbs with this diet. Does this seem weird? Do you think my metabolism might just be unusually slow because my former diet was so sporadic (I ate very sporadically throughout high school often skipping meals)?
I know my measurements can't be far off because my family actually does get their meats weighed for dinner. I split up the turkey at lunch between three other people and it's pre weighed at a lb and I get 4 days of yogurt out of my 32oz tub. So I shouldn't be eerily far off with what I'm eating. I don't count calories but does any of this seem right for maintenance to you all? I not too concerned because I'm maintaining just curious though what the reasons could be.

If you haven't been tracking, you don't know for sure how much you're eating. If you start tracking, it'll answer a lot of your questions.0

What's the calories in that? Gaining 6 pounds. Remember a pound of muscle weights the same as a pound of fat. The difference is that muscle takes up 1/3 the space that fat does. So even while the scale has gone up by 6 pounds you should be losing mega inches. If you're not, something has gone wrong.0
