Hello:
I just thought I would share this website that I just discovered>>>nutritiondata.com I track several nutritional elements in My eating and I looked at some entries here and KNEW that the info. was not correct, so I went searching and came upon this website.Others may have already known about it but it is THE Answer for Me as far as nutritional data and other factors...it is very sophisticated. It is wonderful for those who want exact data on what they are eating, the % and breakdowns...I NOW use it in-conjunction with MFP because it does not do what MFP does. These two websites used together should keep you on track and totally aware of what you are doing relative to your nutrition and exercise. Hope everyone enjoys it.
