I just can't seem to get this right

I certinally have been expire ending from the wonderful advice I've got here..but still not getting it right. Starting my 4th week of second time around, shouldn't be such a problem. Mainly concerned with protien, of seventy that I never get close to, and my sugar and fat going over. I've gotten better with the sugar and fat. But whenever I get a high protien it seems as though either my fat or sugar go over. Most days I try to preposterous my meals for the day, that helps alittle. Feel like I should find one or two meal plans and just change them every other day!

Thanks again everyone. Def going to try the quest bars, use them for breakfast with fruit. Lunch I'm going to roll organic deli turkey with cheese. And of course dinner would be either fish, chicken or turkey.
Something's gonna work. I can also follow your advice for more calories, but I hate to make myself eat when I'm not hungry.
