I'm looking through pictures of me and my friends at a 5k we ran this weekend and I'm noticing that my legs are much smaller than everyone else's while my stomach and arms are huge. I mostly run and bike for exercise, but I also do abdominal workouts a few times a week.
I've heard that to slim down your stomach you need to focus on entire body exercises, especially running. I've lost 12 pounds, but I don't feel like a lot of it has been from my stomach. Currently I'm 5 ft 5.5 inches and 160 lbs.
Are there any workouts that will target stomach fat? I'll eventually want to begin adding abdominal muscle, but my main goal right now is to reduce fat.

There is no way to just slim down your stomach. You look different because you are different. Your genes will determine how and where your body is programmed to store fat, it's got nothing to do with how you are training or what exercises you do. Just reduce overall body fat percentage until you are comfortable with your body.0

I know what you mean about disproportionate, genetically I have smaller calves. I can't do anything about that no matter how much I squat and I can squat 375 lbs.
But going on you cannot spot reduce fat. You'll lose fat starting at the last place you gained it. It works backwards from the last place to the first place, and usually the stomach is the first place people store fat.
To help get your BF down it takes a combination of strength training and cardio. You can do with just cardio but the best way to keep fat off is with weights. So depending on your workout you will need to lift HEAVY. There is no such thing as a "cutting range" or "fat loss range." Lighter weights only helps your muscular endurance while lifting heavy burns more calories and helps develop muscle. You won't get big as long as your calorie intake is lower than your maintenance calories. I always recommend the strong lift 5x5 because that has worked for me and it still is working for me.0
