Hope it is okay if I just jump in, I find checking in makes me do better
Did you stay within your nutritional goals? No, but I kinda knew I wouldn't today
Did I reach yesterday's personal goal?Yes, I managed even with a visit, to stay within my caloires
What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Stayed within my calories
What would I have done differently? not ate the vending machine doughnuts and drank more water
What is today's personal goals? track all food that I eat, do 30 day shred and check in where I"m suppose to
