I recently got her exercise video, but its only level one to level three which is only about 1 hour 24 mins long.
is it true? do we exercise level one for 10 days. then level two for 10 days and level three for another 10 days?

i am on day 8 level one. from what i understand from her website. you are to do level one ten days, level 2 ten days and level three ten days. it also says that your supposed to do it three to four days a week. from what i have been reading your should not do the same exercise day after day. your muscles need time to heal the small rips that working out cause in order for your muscles to build. so i do it every other day or couple days. then i do something else. i think it is making a difference.

You have the whole DVD. It really is only about an hour and a half long. As loriebahde said above, there are only 3 levels and they're about 25 minutes each. Follow the schedule laid out above and you should be fine.

Also, it may "only" be 25 minutes, but it's tough, LOL, especially if you put forth the effort.

Yes, it's 3 levels, around 25 minutes each. Be careful doing it alongside heavy lifting. It's a cardio workout, but its closer to circuit training than running or doing straight cardio. You can easily overwork yourself doing both (especially early on) because you aren't giving yourself rest in between for your muscles to truly recover if you alternate days. This is especially true on the lower body.
