So I used this site a long time ago, a few times actually.
This time I'm back at a happy weight, but not a weight I achieved healthily (post break up it dropped off, bit too much partying I think).
So looking to get back into healthy eating and eating regularly, and really upping my fitness.

I'm 23 by the way, 5'10, and currently sitting at 70kgs (155ish pounds I think?). I suffer IBS and have so many food restrictions it's not funny, plus am sick quite a bit.

If anyone wants to add me and chat, I'm always interested in support (and supporting others!), as well as fitness and diet advice :)

    I'm not exactly sure what IBS is caused by, but I was also having stomach issues when I first started my weight loss journey. For me I found a lot of great recipes that were fresh and healthy and made me feel good! Plus I love to cook, so it just felt like fun and not a diet- a lifestyle change.
