Gym songs!?

Options
Hi all!

I'm putting together a new playlist of songs to play on my iphone while at the gym and want as many as poss so that I don't get bored of it too quickly! So, does anyone have any songs they think are good for a good gym workout?! Some good fast ones with good beats etc?! If so, post below!

Thanks!
Tink

That's a great topic!! Some of my personal favourites are:

Rihanna - 'Only Girl In The World'
Kelly Rowland & David Guetta - 'Commander'
    Ke$ha - 'Take It Off'
    Lady GaGa - 'Bad Romance
    Livvi Franc - 'Missing You'
    Sugababes 'About A Girl'
Fatboy Slim 'Right Here, Right Now'
Rihanna feat. Lady Gaga 'Silly Boy'

Good beats on all of them and they really get you in a kick-*kitten* mood :P

I like to run or do the elliptical to the beat of the music and I am always searcing for new songs with the right BPM!! (I do the elliptical at 75-85 RPM / 6.5 - 7 miles in an hour according to the machine) Here are some of my favs that keep me moving at that speed... (don't laugh!!). I've listened to them too much though - I need some new stuff bad!! I always search these topics to see if I can find new songs to the right beat....

    Heartbreaker (Pat Benatar)
My Life Would Suck Without You (Power Remix)
Holding Out for a Hero (Footloose soundtrack)
    You Found Me (Power Remix)
Girls Just Wanna have Fun (Miley Cyrus - NOT Cindy)
    Maniac (Power Music Remix)
    I'm Free (Kenny Loggins)
    Goodbye to You (The Veronicas)
    Bye Bye Bye (NSYNC)
How You Remind Me (Nickleback) - I double time this one
Over You (Chris Daughtry) I double time this one too
    Karma Chameleon (Culture Club)
    Holiday (Greenday)
    Aint Going Down (Garth Brooks)
She Works Hard for the Money (Power Remix)
Dirty Little Secret (All American Rejects)
    Maneater (Hall and Oates)
    Girlfriend (Avril Lavigne)
    Gloria (Power Music Remix)
    Footloose (Kenny Loggins)
    Never (Footloose soundtrack)
Great Balls of Fire (Jerry Lee Lewis)
    Animal (Nickleback)

I know there are more, but I'll have to pull out my mp3 to remember them.

I can`t think of a lot right now but basically any Britney Spears song off her remix albums are good. Same goes with Beyonce and a lot of Rihanna and *****CatDolls.

I've learned Dave Matthews Band and 30 Seconds to Mars are great... even with songs that seem slower the drum beat in the background is relatively up tempo and great to work out to

If you go the Shape, Fitness, or Self magazine website and type in playlist, you'll get tons of great ideas. I've loaded in some of their playlists and they're fantastic and keep me motivated at the gym.
