Hi all!

I am new to myfitnesspal - and so excited to get going. I need to lose about 10 kilos - and it's so time. I am really excited about the mobile app, I hope that keeps me on track!!!

Any tips are always appreciated.

    where were you in Germany? It really is a wonderful place to live. I live in Munich and the xmas markets are about to start up - so picturesque!
