just wanted to drop in and say hello.
my history : i was quite heavy in 2003 - 2004, and finally had enough, so i lost the majority of my weight in 2005. while i do exercise to tone, i mostly keep the food diary to maintain my current weight. i find it's a pretty effective tool. i also exercise most days of the week, and i weigh in each morning even though they say you're not supposed to.
i lost a total of 105 pounds, and my current BMI is 23.0.

Congratulations to you for already accomplishing so much. I plan on continuing to keep a calorie diary after I reach my goal because I think it makes me reflect when I know I am going to have to put down those calories.0
