Hi,
I am 51 years old, been "fat" since I was born, hate exercise until now and need to take serious action to cure literally100 ills and issues that plague me daily. MFP was recommended as the best place to go. Action not words will make my dreams some true and my life improved 1000%.
Advice is welcome and thanks to all reading this and understanding my situation. I did create a profile so feel free to read it.
Best to all you losers!
Dana
P.S. Since my name can be male or female, I am the big guy in the yellow shirt although I am sure you all figured that out!

It's great that you joined. I have been here about a week and I am already addicted to this site, exercise and eating right...or at least within my calorie limit. I have never been one to exercise or eat the right foods either. Hope you find this site as helpful as I have so far.0

Hi Dana, I have been with this site 3 weeks and its the best thing I have done for myself. Warning its addicitive. And I think thats what makes it work. Log everthing and you will learn so much and soon start making wiser choices. I feel guilty of a night if I haven't been able to log at least a little bit of exercise. Had my second weigh in, today, I go to my doctors for it, as I my scales are not accurate and I have now lost 5kilo's (your talk 10 pounds) in 3 weeks. Prior to that I had only lost 6 kilo's since April. So yes this does work. "Believe you can make a difference and you will."
Cheers
Jenni0
