Hi everyone, My name is Dan, I'm 24 from Hailsham in East Sussex, England. Starting my own business soon, so have decided to change my whole lifestyle. Gave up smoking and starting eating right and exercising a week ago, so far have lost 5lb and feeling much better - although I have another 5/6 stone to lose! I also have a Jawbone UP wristband (which is amazing, btw) - looking to meet people who can support me, and vice-versa :)
