Back to the grind.

Well I used to use this place quite a bit and lost a lot of weight, tough times occurred with a little bit of depression thus I stopped using this app along with my healthy eating habits. Now things are going extremely well for me.
I have a set goal to work towards to (Wanting to Join the Navy and be a DC guy). After 2 weeks of getting back to where I was in weight I feel comfortable posting here again :). Seems like the friends I had before on here went inactive as well. So looking for some more buddies to help keep me motivated and tell me the goals / reasons of why you are changing you lifestyle to be healthy.
